Ownership Review
Under the terms of the Trust Deed, the Trustees must require the directors of the Company to prepare a report considering proposals and available options for the future ownership of shares of the Company. This is required to be done every five years.
The last Ownership Review was conducted by Key Business Partners in 2021 and a strong recommendation, that consumer trust ownership should be retained for Network Tasman Limited, was adopted by the Trustees in 2021.
